Overall the article was ahead of its time by talking about art that you can sell digitally. Today NFT has become really popular. Many young artists have made millions from telling their digital art online. Everywhere you go on social media you will hear people talking about NFT this NFT that. Even big designer brands have started telling their stuff digitally. Just the other day I saw a post about a 22 year old in Indonesia that made millions from selling his selfie as an NFT. He wanted to try it as a joke since he has already been taking selfies everyday for five years. I guess that is some sort of art since he put in the time and has come up with the idea, even some wealthy people have bought them. His selfie has been converted and has been sold over 1,000, in the beginning he first sold them for $3 a piece. Many teens have made great digital art and have sold them as nft and many of them are really great. I also question artist when it comes to an art work. I don't think an artist should get full credit when they didn’t put in any work or thought into it. Last semester in my art class we also talked about Koons and how he’s making so much from art that he didn’t put any work in. Artwork is worth it when the artist put work and thought into it.
